Rolling Melon app for iPhone and iPad

Rolling Melon is a fun autonomous online token system. Any users can create their own unique online tokens and use them much like the traditional paper or coin tokens: users can give other users, or receive from other users, online tokens.

For example, Bob, parents of two kids; John and Jane, wants to motivate his kids to practice piano. He creates 100 tokens with name "Johns Piano Points" and tells his kids that they will each get a token for every hour of piano practice. And for every 10 tokens, they will be allowed to play one hour of video games.

Another example, teacher Susan wants to motivate his students to spend more time studying math. She creates 10,000 "Math Dollar" tokens and tells her students that for every math assignment they complete, they will receive 1 Math Dollar from her. And at the end of each month, students can exchange their Math Dollars with small gifts with different Math Dollar price e.g. a magic set costing 10 Math Dollar. Students are also allowed to exchange Math Dollar among themselves during the month to facilitate the purchase at the end of the month.


How to use Rolling Melon?

Rolling Melon is easy to use, just sign up either using the iPhone application, or via rollingmelon.com . Once registered, users create their own tokens and start giving them away. Users can also view their balance of tokens on the Account Page, tokens transfer history on the History page, contacts on the Contact page and give away tokens on the Send page.
